何故、私はNHK集団訴訟に加わらないのか？ 現 在、ＮＨＫスペシャル「シリーズ・ＪＡＰＡＮデビュー　アジアの“一等国”」に関する集団訴訟が進んでいる。すでに原告は１万人をこえたようだ。ところで 私はこの訴訟に参加してない。何故なら、ここ２０年間、TVを所有したことがなく、当然ながらNHKも見ないし聴取料も払ってない。この状態でNHK集団 訴訟に加わることは偽善と私は考える。 だが自分が問題と考えるNHK関連事案はきちんと当局に訴えている。 2006年10月1０日、ＮＨＫは８時３２分（東京市場が開く２８分前）、各波で「北朝鮮　２回目の地下核実験の情報　政府が確認中」とニュース速報を世界に流した。 こ れは9/11タイプのテロリストによる市場操作にNHKが荷担した結果である可能性が考えられるから調べてくれと米国証券委員会に通報した。この時は自動 返信の返事が来ただけだった。豪州証券監視委員会からは上部組織に上げるという比較的丁寧な署名入りの返事が来た。関係あるのか不明だが２００８年に ＮＨＫ職員が株インサイダー取引で上げられている。自分の米国SECへの通報が１％でもこのNHK職員逮捕につながっていれば幸せである。何故ならSEC から日本の証券監視委員会に通知が回ったのは間違いないからだ。 下のは管直人氏が米国債保有額を半分に減らすという発言をした際に米国証券監視委員会に株インサイダー取引調査依頼を出した時の返事である。自動返信ではなく、きちんとした責任者が書いた文章になっている。何故なら管直人氏の発言から２日でダウは５％下げたからだ。 要するに私は私の判断で動いているだけなのだ。集団訴訟をおこしたい人はおこせば良い。私はそういうやり方ではNHKの矯正はできないと考えるが。私は異なるアプローチを採用しているだけなのだが・・・・ Dear M.
